These Terms govern use of Missed to Fixed ("the Service," "we," or "us"). The Service helps local US businesses follow up with callers who could not be reached. If you reached this page because you received a text from a business after calling them, the SMS section below is what applies to you.
Missed to Fixed missed-call follow-up.
When you call a local business that uses our Service and the business does not answer, the Service sends you an automated text message acknowledging the missed call and may exchange a short series of text messages with you to capture the reason for your call so the business can return it. The Service is operated on behalf of the specific business you called. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
Message frequency is recurring and depends on your conversation. Typical interactions consist of three to six messages from the Service in response to a single missed call.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. The Service does not itself charge you to receive or send messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from the Service. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END with the same effect. After opting out, you will receive no further messages from the Service for that business.

The Service operates over major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By placing a call to a business that uses Missed to Fixed, you consent to receive an automated text reply and to exchange text messages with the Service about that call. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information you share by text is used.
Missed to Fixed provides a hosted automation that detects missed calls forwarded to a phone number we provision, sends an initial follow-up text to the caller, and conducts an automated text conversation to capture intake information. Captured information is forwarded to the business by text and is available to the business in transcript form.
You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and operating a lawful business to use the Service.

You are responsible for:
Pricing is set out in your separate service agreement with us or on the order form. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that every missed call will result in a text or every conversation will complete intake. Telephony and SMS delivery depend on third parties, including Twilio and the carriers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate the Service for any reason on 30 days' written notice. We may suspend the Service immediately if you breach Section 3.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Effective date" above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
